Billing Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the accepted payment methods, pricing and processing terms for all orders placed with Anna & Sophie, a trading name of Art Engraving, 60 Northampton Street, Birmingham, B18 6DX, United Kingdom.

1. Accepted payment methods

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We do not accept payment by cheque, cash on delivery, or bank transfer for retail orders.

2. Currency and pricing

All prices on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is displayed in full at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout at the moment you complete payment is the price you pay.

3. When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorised. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched.

4. Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout, and a second email with tracking once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.

5. Security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the wallet providers listed above, over an encrypted connection. Anna & Sophie does not see, handle or store your full card details at any point.

6. Failed, duplicate or disputed payments

If you believe you have been charged twice or in error, email hello@annaandsophie.com with your order number. We investigate and, where a duplicate charge is confirmed, refund it within 5 working days. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timescales and who pays return postage.
