How to measure your foot
- Do this at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.
- Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall and stand on it, heel to the wall.
- Wearing the socks you would normally wear, mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall edge to the mark, in centimetres.
- Repeat for the other foot. Feet are rarely identical, so use the longer one.

Fit notes
- Between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Wide foot or high instep? Take the larger one.
- Contoured orthopaedic footbeds fit closer than flat sandals, so size up if in doubt.

Items need to be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Email hello@annaandsophie.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please wait for authorisation before sending anything back.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we cover return postage and replace or refund it in full. If you've simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours and the original delivery charge isn't refunded.
Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds usually reach your original payment method within 7 business days.
